Lids - 6401 Bluebonnet Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting, with follow-up when Store Manager is absent;
Administer discipline per company policy;
Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures;
Lead Customer Experience by executing selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets; address customer feedback and escalations;
Ensure customers are offered Lids membership programs and in-store offers; maintain visual merchandising standards;
Maintain store appearance and dress code; ensure store is clean and organized;
Execute store operations directives, ensuring safety and compliance with policies and procedures;
Manage cash handling, opening/closing till, counterfeit protection, and bank deposits;
Prepare for and assist with inventory audits; support stock management and replenishment;
Open and close the store following standard procedures
