- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence
- Deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
- Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans
- Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities via Salesforce
- Safely lift, bend, move, push, and pull product from stockrooms to store floors
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Baton Rouge, LA)
- Availability Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday; start by 7 am; 15 hours per week
Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with store personnel while executing merchandising principles and promotional displays. Capable of performing physical tasks in a fast-paced retail environment and effectively communicating insights through Salesforce.
