- Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of its iconic snack brands
- Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence standards
- Capture display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers and store managers
- Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain shelf and display stock
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with store plans
- Follow schedules and priorities set by the RTM
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves while following safety and compliance requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Baton Rouge, LA
- Availability Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; start by 7 am
Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with store teams and management. Proficient in executing merchandising standards and maintaining product displays while adhering to safety and compliance requirements.
