Respons Able Safety Staffing delivers certified, on-demand safety professionals into high-risk environments where timing and performance matter. As we expand nationally into the utility sector, we’re looking for a senior sales leader who can drive key account growth and win multi-site, multi-year business.
You’ll build relationships with operations, safety leadership, engineering, procurement, and executives. You’ll guide buyers through enterprise sales cycles, develop margin-aware proposals, and work with internal recruiting teams to ensure fast, dependable staffing delivery. If you bring experience selling temporary staffing, safety services, or workforce solutions, you’ll be ahead of the curve.
Top Responsibilities- Grow key accounts across utilities, EPCs, contractors, and owner-operators.
- Prospect new business in distribution, transmission, and generation markets.
- Build MSAs, multi-site agreements, outage programs, and storm-response staffing models.
- Prepare accurate, timely quotes using CRM and pricing tools.
- Partner with operations and recruiting for strong delivery and renewals.
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and territory activity in CRM (Salesforce or similar).
- Represent Respons Able at industry events and utility meetings.
- 10+ years in sales with consistent quota achievement.
- 5+ years in enterprise/key account sales.
- 3+ years selling into utilities (T&D, generation, EPCs, or contractors).
- Temporary staffing, workforce solutions, or safety-services sales experience.
- CRM proficiency; strong quoting and pricing skills.
- Understanding of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and utility safety expectations.
- Ability to travel 30–40% nationally.
- Strong relationship skills with operations, engineering, procurement, and leadership teams.
