Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will drive new revenue growth by partnering with small- to mid‑sized businesses, primarily within the automotive industry, to deliver customized, performance‑driven digital marketing solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, clearly articulating how our strategies and products help clients achieve measurable business outcomes. This is not a transactional sales role. We are seeking a high‑energy, results‑driven, digitally fluent sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is motivated by winning, relationship‑building, and long‑term client success.
Our comprehensive digital product suite includes Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social, SEO, Online Listings, Display & Video Advertising, OTT, and Connected TV, all strategically tailored to meet each client’s unique objectives.
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through renewals, upsells, and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Effectively present and explain complex digital marketing concepts in a clear, compelling, and value‑driven manner.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and regular activity updates.
- Collaborate closely with internal strategy, analytics, and execution teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Utilize modern sales tools and presentations to deliver impactful, professional pitches.
- Travel to client locations and industry events as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall sales and organizational objectives.
- 5+ years of proven success in sales, marketing, or advertising (digital, radio, television, or print).
- Strong understanding of today’s digital marketing landscape and consumer engagement trends.
- Demonstrated experience delivering in‑person and virtual sales presentations using tablet‑based tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
- Excellent time‑management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
- Valid state driver’s license
