Role OverviewAs a Business Development Executive , you will drive new revenue growth by partnering with small- to mid-sized businesses, primarily within the automotive industry, to deliver customized, performance-driven digital marketing solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, clearly articulating how our strategies and products help clients achieve measurable business outcomes.
This is not a transactional sales role. We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven, digitally fluent sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by winning, relationship-building, and long-term client success.
Our comprehensive digital product suite includes Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social, SEO, Online Listings, Display & Video Advertising, OTT, and Connected TV, all strategically tailored to meet each client’s unique objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesProactively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Effectively present and explain complex digital marketing concepts in a clear, compelling, and value-driven manner.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and regular activity updates.
Collaborate closely with internal strategy, analytics, and execution teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Utilize modern sales tools and presentations to deliver impactful, professional pitches.
Travel to client locations and industry events as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall sales and organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements5+ years of proven success in sales, marketing, or advertising (digital, radio, television, or print).
Strong understanding of today’s digital marketing landscape and consumer engagement trends.
Demonstrated experience delivering in-person and virtual sales presentations using tablet-based tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
Excellent time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
