The Client Account Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term relationship development. • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate programs or solutions
• Monitor account performance and ensure service standards are met
• Prepare reports, updates, and account documentation
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and client retention
• Resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Support the onboarding process for new clients
