We are looking for a Rental
Outside Sales Representative for our Rental Division to cover the Baton Rouge territory including the following parishes:
Point Coupee, East Feliciana, and West Feliciana

The person in this role will aggressively pursue and close rental opportunities within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate must be disciplined, ambitious, and highly competitive.

• Provide equipment rental solutions for our customers through your knowledge of Louisiana Cat rental products
• Develop your territory to maximize potential for customers and the company
• Build rapport with new customers and existing customer base

• You will serve as a sales consultant for customer accounts in your defined territory
• You will have the sales tools and building blocks to MAKE A CAREER MARK here at Louisiana Cat
• You will collaborate with the Rental Sales Manager to establish sales goals on monthly, quarterly and annual basis

• Required:
  
  Strong sales consultative communication as role is a "customer-facing" position
• Required:
  
  Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly Preferred:
  Knowledge or experience using CRM (Customer Relations Management) software such as Salesforce
• Highly Preferred:
  Knowledge of construction processes and commonly used construction machinery

• Schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Ability to travel within defined sales territory and valid U.S. Driver's License with clean Motor Vehicle Record
