Personal Lines Inside Sales Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant insurance sales experience
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• Professional, hard-working, high-energy, and team-oriented
• Previous personal lines (PL) experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Personal Lines Inside Sales Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience with Applied Epic software
• Background or training with captive agencies

Personal Lines Inside Sales Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support Personal Lines accounts through proactive client service
• Perform cross-sell and upsell activities via pre-scheduled policy review appointments
• Generate client referrals and quote both new and renewal business
• Leverage inbound leads from a leading local mortgage broker partner—no cold calling
