We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused Call Center Representative to connect with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, and promote relevant products and services. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and working toward measurable sales goals.

• Contact prospective and existing customers by phone.
• Present and explain products and services clearly and professionally.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through customer conversations.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers to support sales growth.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales opportunities.
• Work toward individual and team sales performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers by phone.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in sales, call center, customer service, retail, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
