Account Manager - Outside Sales

Job Details
:

• 40-hour work week visiting existing or potentially new job sites to gain business through inspection, estimating & selling services, and collection of payments (
  
  Note:
  
  some emergency staff designation and weekend hours are part of this position.)
• Tasks include: building relationships, communicating & documentation of all required
• service details such as proposals, initial & continued/expanding service prices, and fees.
• Helping potential customers and solving problems on a daily, circumstantial basis
• Regular communication with team members and supervisors to address lead
• opportunities, follow-ups services, and sales reports.
• Accountability for maintaining company-provided equipment.
• Proper management of time & territory
