Media is looking for a self‑motivated, goal‑driven Sales professional to join the Multi‑Market Account Executive team. The role requires a fast‑paced work ethic, exceptional client service skills, and a passion for broadcasting and digital marketing.

• Learn the ins and outs of iHeart’s Broadcast + Digital Marketing products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings with clients, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling.
• Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
• Use storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data.

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and the ability to travel as needed.
• Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, proactive, and comfortable with cold‑calling and lead generation.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑platform campaigns and analyze campaign results.

• General understanding of business principles and a sales environment.
• Interest in developing knowledge of business operations and sales concepts.
• Individual accountability, project management, and problem‑solving using established guidelines.
• Ability to communicate product information in an understandable manner and use active listening.
