- Coordinate rental equipment, including fleet availability, yard organization, rental contracts, equipment movement, deliveries, trucking, maintenance needs, and accurate records
- Serve as the primary delivery coordinator with drivers, haulers, technicians, sales representatives, branch leadership, and the Orange, Texas location
- Respond to customers by researching availability, understanding job requirements, recommending equipment or alternatives, and providing timely answers
- Support rental growth through lead follow-up, outbound prospecting calls, customer relationship building, invoice and paperwork processing, and booking solutions
- Related experience working in a branch, rental, equipment, dealership, distribution, or similarly fast-paced operation
- Strong customer and sales mindset
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate across teams, and take ownership with minimal supervision
- Comfort working with and learning systems, including MS Excel
Demonstrates expertise in coordinating rental equipment logistics, managing customer relationships, and supporting rental growth through effective communication and organization. Proficient in utilizing systems for tracking and processing rental contracts and invoices.
