I opened my agency in October 2024 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent three years as a team member and completed the Agent Aspirant Program before opening my own agency. I'm proud to have already mentored an aspirant who has gone on to open their own agency. I'm a graduate of Louisiana State University, married with two boys, and enjoy spending time outdoors and cheering on LSU sports.

As an Account Representative for Blake Jenevein
- State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.

Compensation $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
