Concierge Security Officer – Garda World Security Services

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. This role requires a valid Security License and focuses on customer service while working at high-profile locations such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

  Gonzales/Baton Rouge, LA
• Schedule:
  
  ON CALL / Flexible 1st/2nd or 2nd/3rd shift
• Competitive hourly wage (varies). Daily Pay available for Garda World employees.

• Customer service duties including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Passes an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State security license if required.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
