Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the building, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations;
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor management to help protect restricted areas and sensitive information;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting emergency services and/or site leadership when appropriate;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations through clear, accurate reports and promptly communicate concerns to Allied Universal leadership
