Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, building perimeters, and other locations to identify and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry according to site procedures, and provide directions or assistance as needed;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in reports and communicate information to leadership and site contacts
