Provide customer service to employees, members, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain logs and incident documentation;
Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding observed conditions, incidents, and/or requests for assistance
