• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused business location by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior work spaces, exterior grounds, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access‑control concerns or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site‑specific protocols and documenting observations and actions taken.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
