Commercial Roofing Service Technician

Job Description

The role of the service tech is to perform roof inspections, consultations, and repairs. The service technician serves as the face of the company in the field and ensures each customer is provided the best customer experience possible. Our inside sales team coordinates and schedules appointments; allowing the service tech to focus on servicing and repairing the roof. We specialize in providing the best experience possible to our customers.

The ideal candidate should have experience with all things commercial roofing and the ability to work as a team. There are no hot heads here.

• 2+ years in commercial roofing. Single-ply TPO and experience with spray foam and coatings is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the team, customers, and supervisors
• Must be willing to travel throughout the greater Baton Rouge region
• Must be able to lift 25+ lbs
• Physically capable of handling all aspects of roofing repairs
• Maintain all OSHA and other industry standards for safety and compliance
• Hold and maintain a valid driver's license (company truck provided)
