Brown & Root Industrial Services - - - Responsibilities:
Locates and marks reference points for columns or plates on foundation and coordinates with crane for lifting;
Aligns structures or plates to assemble boiler frame, tanks or vats using plumb bobs, levels, wedges or turnbuckles;
Bolts or arc-welds structures and sections together;
Installs manholes, handholds, valves, gauges and feed water connections in drums to complete assembly;
Signals crane operator to lift parts to specific positions
