Brown & Root Industrial Services - - - Responsibilities:
Lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs and maintains piping systems, pipe supports, fixtures, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling systems.;
Plans installation sequence to avoid obstructions and coordinate with other workers.;
Cuts pipe using hacksaw, pipe cutter, cutting tools, threading machine; threads and bends pipe as required.;
Mounts pipe hangers and brackets on walls and ceilings to hold pipe; assembles and installs joints using appropriate methods.;
Installs and maintains refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including compressors, pumps, meters, and hydraulic/pneumatic controls.
