Maintenance Technician

Our company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. This is a full-time position that may require on-call availability for emergency situations.

• Perform make ready tasks to ensure apartments are ready for new tenants
• Conduct painting and touch-up work to maintain the appearance of the property
• Manage inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure efficient operations
• Communicate with vendors to coordinate repairs and maintenance work
• Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical work as needed
• Be prepared for emergency situations and assist with emergency preparedness
• Conduct minor PTAC work to ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• On-call availability for emergency situations
