Monarch Investment and Management Group in Baton Rouge is offering a Junior Maintenance Apprenticeship Program designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career in the skilled trades. This 6–14 week paid program provides hands-on training in apartment and building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and various building systems.
Participants will learn under the guidance of experienced professionals and are required to demonstrate skills during the interview process. The opportunity also includes property maintenance starter tools that participants can keep if hired full time after the apprenticeship.
