Job Overview
Grid Source is seeking an Aerial Foreman in Baton Rouge, LA to join our fast‑paced and fast‑growing team. We seek individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional quality every day, anticipate customer needs, and provide solutions that address both current and future requirements.

- Direct and supervise crews on different projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- Ensure all tasks comply with safety protocols and guidelines.
- Place strand, fiber, anchors, and proper hardware.
- Climb telephone poles and work in bucket trucks and aloft.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
- Interact and communicate with co‑workers and customers professionally and promptly.
- Apply knowledge of various telecommunication construction duties and aerial cable installation procedures.
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training preferred.
- In‑depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
- Previous experience in the broadband industry required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of construction, the National Electrical Code, OSHA regulations, state and local regulations, and general safety standards.
- Physical ability to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch; lift or carry loads up to 95 lbs.; lift a 32‑foot ladder.
- Ability to work in moderate to loud noise environments, climb poles, ladders, and other structures as necessary, and work within limited confines such as crawl spaces.
- Work outdoors year‑round in all weather conditions; occasional exposure to electrical shock, radiation, vibration.
- May be required to work more than 40 hours per week and outside normal business hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
