Pay: $35-$45/hour based on experience

• Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers
• Performing maintenance and service calls while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Troubleshooting electrical, refrigerant, airflow, combustion, and control-related issues
• Explaining findings and repair options clearly and professionally to homeowners
• Completing accurate service documentation, job notes, and recommendations
• Collaborating with dispatch, install teams, and management to ensure smooth customer experiences
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work vehicle
• Following all safety procedures and industry best practices

• Customers trust your recommendations because you communicate honestly
• You enjoy solving problems and take pride in accurate diagnostics
• You work independently but know when to ask for support
• You show up prepared, dependable, and ready to help your teammates
• You care about doing quality work-not just getting to the next call

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• EPA Certification (Universal Preferred)
• Experience working on furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and air handlers
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and professional
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
