CMC Corporate Solutions is seeking a skilled Boiler Service Technician with strong experience servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining commercial and industrial boiler systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial boiler systems
* Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
* Troubleshoot burner assemblies, pumps, valves, controls, compressors, and safety systems
* Familiarity with common commercial equipment brands:
Fulton, Ray Pak, Aerco
* Perform combustion analysis and system performance checks
* Interpret mechanical drawings and equipment manuals
* Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
* Maintain service documentation and maintenance reports
* Maintain tools such as combustion analyzers
* Communicate with clients regarding system performance and repairs
Qualifications
* 5-7 years experience servicing commercial boiler systems
* Strong knowledge of steam and hydronic heating systems
* Mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting ability
* Experience with combustion systems and burner assemblies
* Strong diagnostic skills
* Valid driver's license
Ideal Qualifications (Not Required)
* Familiarity with steam boilers
* All-service tech, familiarity with both boiler and chiller systems
Compensation & Benefits
* $43 - $55 per hour
* 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off)
