The Scion Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience to join our on-site team in Baton Rouge, LA. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform preventive tasks, prepare apartments for turnovers, and coordinate with vendors to keep systems safe and functional.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of general maintenance, HVAC/ EPA 608 certification, and strong safety skills. A flexible schedule, ability to lift 100 lbs, and willingness to travel as needed are a plus.
