We’re looking for a Water Technician, to join our Baton Rouge, LA team!

Starting pay is $16 per hour with no experience

Opportunity for quarterly bonus

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires after hours and weekend work as needed

We believe in serving out community members by providing property relief during a time when they need it most

• We’re looking for an experienced Water Technician to join our team.
• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Specialize in water damage from small scale to large scale flooding projects
• Learn about different types of drying equipment
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
• Assist with demolition and reconstruction
• Pre and post construction clean-up

• 1-3 years experience working Water Mitigation projects preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have own reliable transportation
• Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends
• Must be on call for any after hours work that comes in
• Hard worker with attention to detail
• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
• Pre-employment Background Check and Drug Screen required

• Paid vacations - 1 year - 1 week, 2 years - 2 weeks, 5 years - 3 weeks
