As a Lead Installer – HVAC & Refrigeration
, you will lead the installation of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems from start to finish. This position is ideal for a highly skilled installer who can work independently, lead installation projects, troubleshoot issues in the field, and ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to company and manufacturer standards.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on installation experience in both commercial HVAC and commercial refrigeration and is comfortable traveling throughout the region as needed.

• Lead and perform commercial HVAC and refrigeration installations from start to finish
• Install, connect, and commission HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, piping, controls, and related components
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer installation specifications
• Perform electrical, mechanical, piping, and refrigerant-related installation work
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues in the field
• Ensure installations are completed accurately, safely, and in accordance with applicable codes and manufacturer requirements
• Lead and coordinate the work of other technicians or installers on assigned projects
• Communicate project status, challenges, and completion details with customers, managers, and project teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of labor, materials, equipment, and project progress
• Ensure proper tools, materials, and equipment are available for each installation
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Travel to customer locations throughout the region as needed
• Represent TMR and Tech
  24 professionally at all customer locations
• Follow all company safety policies and applicable OSHA and industry requirements
• Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development

• Strong hands-on installation experience in both commercial HVAC and commercial refrigeration required
• Previous experience leading or overseeing installation projects strongly preferred
• Ability to independently complete installations and troubleshoot issues in the field
