Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Residential Plumber to serve homeowners across the greater Baton Rouge area. You will handle service calls, routine maintenance, and system repairs, delivering high-quality craftsmanship and top-tier customer service in compliance with local Louisiana plumbing codes.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and Repair: Troubleshoot water leaks, clogged drains, pipe bursts, and fixture failures in residential properties.
• Install Systems: Install and service water heaters (standard and tankless), toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, and water filtration units.
• Inspect & Test: Perform routine plumbing system inspections and pressure tests to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with Baton Rouge municipal codes.
• Customer Service: Explain technical issues clearly to homeowners, provide upfront cost estimates, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Licensing: Valid Louisiana Journeyman or Master Tradesman Plumbing License required.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience preferred.
• Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to operate company service vehicles across East Baton Rouge Parish.
• Skills & Physical Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency with standard trade tools, and the physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces).
