LOPA seeks a Family Advocate I to provide on-site response and advocate for donation conversations with families. You will initiate timely discussions, educate about options, and support donor families with sensitivity and discretion across hospital partnerships.
Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and experience with crisis situations, strong organizational and communication skills, and flexibility for variable hours and travel as needed.
