• Active Louisiana DOE certification in School Psychology (required)
• Experience conducting and interpreting psycho educational assessments
• Comprehensive understanding of IDEA compliance and special education eligibility criteria
• Proven skills in writing clear, in-depth evaluation reports
• Strong communication abilities to interface with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organizational skills to ensure timely report completions and compliance
• Experience collaborating across disciplines (Bilingual abilities are a plus!)
• District background check and fingerprinting required

• Serve on multidisciplinary teams, conducting educational assessments and submitting reports within required timelines
• Provide referrals and information to students and their families
• Collaborate with teachers, principals, and staff on intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate records and participate in in-service trainings
• Explain assessment processes and results clearly to all stakeholders
• Support in developing and planning individualized educational programs
