Licensed Mental Health Professional

We’re supporting an established program in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and are seeking a Mental Health Outpatient Counselor to contribute to its continued growth and success.

This role is ideal for a professional passionate about holistic care, bridging mental and physical health, and working within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation: $36.06 per hour

Location: 711 Colonial Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70806

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in an outpatient setting
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
