Roles and Responsibilities
* Provide end-to-end support from project requirement identification till project completion
* Partner with multiple functions to understand their pain-points and deliver solutions in an effective and timely manner
* Involved in research of new technologies
* Perform application upgrade and migration to the latest cloud technologies
* Enhance existing applications and mobile experience
* Provide technical support, advice, and assistance to local and remote end-users (User training)
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Self-motivated and possess a can-do attitude
* Able to work independently and takes initiatives to lead projects
* Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Understand basic programming (.net preferred)
* Good to have Angular, C#.NET, Python knowledge
