Job Title

Development, Administration & Configuration of a  Development Project

Provide oversight and guidance of the customer-agency's replacement software and make performance improvements.

Perform code reviews and testing on new code.

Participation in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies.

Cooperation with LDWF's Technical Architect and other OTS technical teams to ensure compliance with OTS standards of State applications.

Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship, and guidance to State personnel for all requested work.

Performs all other tasks, special projects, analysis, studies, and plans as directed.

Five (5) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in:

• C#
• ASP.NET Core
• MSSQL
• Five (5) plus years of enterprise-level software development

Has led a team of developers under Microsoft development stack

Familiarity with frameworks such as Vue, React, NodeJS, Angular, Typescript

Experience designing and developing distributed systems (Microservices/SOA)

Experience developing reports with SSRS or similar tools

Experience setting up, maintaining and using Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automating tasks

Experience with the Git Version Control System, including branching strategies for complex systems

Two (2) plus years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen's client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.
