Sr. Webflow Designer + Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Webflow designer and developer who can build exceptional websites that are engaging and systematically structured. Using Webflow, JavaScript, CSS, GSAP, and other custom code, you will deliver projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible in digital experiences.

Managing Creative Director

• Proven experience in Webflow, JavaScript, CSS, GSAP and other custom code
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates skills in creating highly interactive and visually appealing websites
• Familiarity with the Lumos Framework and a keen understanding of structured file management
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• An analytical approach to design, passionate about using data to inform decisions and improve user interactions
• Solution‑oriented problem solver who figures out how to do what needs to be done
• Willing to travel to HQ or client meetings when necessary

• Help a financial institution build a low‑code game experience for trade shows
• Improve the UX/UI of a web‑based app for an education startup
• Integrate custom functionality to a Webflow website that needs to pull real‑time data from an API in order to create an interactive map
• Design and develop a new Webflow website for a mid‑sized technology business who has recently rebranded

This is a remote‑friendly, full‑time position with the expectation for working hours of 8:30‑5:30 CT. The candidate should be open to occasional travel as needed and ensure high‑speed internet access in order to perform in this position.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, stand, walk, use hands and arms, talk, hear, and view a computer monitor for extended periods. Lifting up to 30+ lbs occurs occasionally.
