Coinbase is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to serve as the Solana Staking Protocol CTO, the top technical authority on all things Solana staking. You will shape Coinbase's staking trajectory, lead validator ops, and partner with product and ecosystem teams.
You'll write production code in Rust and/or Go, drive cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineers, and represent Coinbase in the Solana community, conferences, and governance discussions.
