A local aquatics facility in Baton Rouge is seeking lifeguards for seasonal roles. Candidates will participate in a swim assessment to qualify for the American Red Cross Lifeguard certification course. Responsibilities include preventing accidents, enforcing rules, and maintaining a safe environment for guests. Hiring is contingent upon successful completion of training and certifications. Ideal candidates will be at least 15 years old by the end of the lifeguard course.
Flexible scheduling is available, with 20-35 hours per week.
