Playfly Sports is looking for a Partner Solutions Coordinator, NILSU Max to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. Playfly Max is launching a new on‑campus NIL initiative at a partnered university, and we’re looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and detail‑oriented Coordinator, Partner Solutions to help bring brand and athlete partnerships to life. This role is pivotal to the success of our NIL programming in its inaugural year, serving as the operational engine behind contract execution, content fulfillment, and campaign delivery.

• Own the end‑to‑end fulfillment process for NIL campaigns involving student‑athletes and participating brands
• Serve as the liaison between student‑athletes, brand representatives, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all deliverables in support of Playfly Max sales efforts
• Develop and manage activation timelines, checklists, and campaign trackers
• Support content planning, scheduling, and distribution tied to brand collaborations
• Assist in preparing and processing contracts for NIL deals, ensuring accurate and timely execution
• Track campaign deliverables and ensure compliance with NCAA and university guidelines
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and administrative staff as needed
• Support branded content development, including gathering creative assets, managing athlete deliverables, and organizing approvals
• Collaborate with the Playfly Max Creates and Insights teams on visual collateral and storytelling
• Maintain strong communication with key stakeholders in the NIL ecosystem at partnered university, including athletics staff, student‑athletes, brand reps, and campus partners
• Represent Playfly Max in a professional, service‑oriented manner during meetings, events, and activations
• Help build foundational systems, processes, and tools for the launch and growth of Playfly Max at partnered university
• Aid in the execution of special events within the Playfly Max portfolio
• Potential to contribute to future content initiatives, including creation of digital content and hosting interviews or narrating content elements
• Assist with reporting and campaign recaps
• Other job‑related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sports management, communications, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or related areas
• Familiarity with NIL, college athletics, or influencer campaigns is a strong plus
• Outstanding project management and communication skills
• Highly organized with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable navigating working in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk‑up stairs
• Ability and willingness to travel to events and competitions as needed
• Must be able to work nights and weekends around sporting events
