Pay & Schedule
* Paid on a per-day rate
* Daily rate applies regardless of route length

* Drivers must be available to work between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM on scheduled workdays

Position Overview
JREL, Inc. is seeking drivers who are safe, reliable, and efficient, and who can work independently with minimal supervision.
This role involves delivering packages across rural and semi-rural areas, including two-lane highways. Routes are typically located between the Baton Rouge station listed above and Jackson, LA, primarily along LA-19 and U.S. 61.
Successful drivers enjoy long hours on the road, prioritize safety, and take pride in meeting customer expectations.

Requirements
* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* No CDL required
* Must consent to:
* Background check
* 5-panel urine drug test
* Must be proficient in English
* Able to lift up to 49 lbs and handle heavier packages (up to 150 lbs) using a dolly
* Comfortable driving long hours and on two-lane rural highways
* Passionate about driving, safety, and customer service
* Fed Ex Ground delivery experience is a plus
* Saturday and/or Sunday availability is a plus
