Seasonal Non Inventory - FHD, Site Procurement Operations

The SEASONAL Non-Inventory Receiver will work as a team with other Non-Inventory Receiver, and POA to administer the flow of non-inventory goods including MRO supplies, corrugate, safety equipment, and tools. Job functions include: PIT rider operation, off load and accurately put away non‑inventory goods, stage product in work areas, organization of packaging supplies, maintaining appropriate levels of shipping supplies kanbans and supermarkets, receive goods into Coupa system (data entry), research missing non‑inventory shipments, assist with payment inquiries from A/P, and file keeping.

Performs accurate shipping supplies cycle counts and assures the delivery of expense receive items of shipping supplies and gift wrap to the appropriate location.

Seasonal Non-Inventory Receivers are team leaders on site, administering the flow of non‑inventory goods, including MRO supplies, corrugate, safety equipment, and tools, inside the building. NIRs act as a primary POC at the site level, to provide essential information to SPOC as well as SPM.

The core part of the NIR job function is RECEIVING/Entering Counts, along with keeping the markets healthy for Operations team. NIRs are constantly unloading trailers (ordered by SPOC or SPM), containing consumable items that are needed for site operations to fulfill a customer order. NIRs will be regularly assessing the site’s health and determining which items are needed on the floor for Operations.

It is VITAL for NIRs to learn the Non-Inventory Suppliers and the consumable items that each of them supplies, to complete their day to day operations.

• Offloading Non‑inventory goods from the trailers, and replenishing the warehouse staging areas.
• Receiving the goods, both virtually and physically.
• Maintaining a healthy marketplace of Non‑Inventory items for Site operations.
• Assess risk of on‑site supplies and report late/missed deliveries.
• Counting all consumable items.
• PIT Driving to unload Consumables.
• Lead and develop a small team of associates.

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
