Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping activities. This position works in a climate-controlled warehouse environment and plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and organization within the facility.

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Unload incoming shipments and properly stock inventory upon receipt
• Utilize handheld scanners and the LISA WMS warehouse management system to track and manage inventory
• Transport picked items using a trolley to the packing and shipping area
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure daily productivity goals are met
• Report errors promptly and take accountability for corrections

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable using warehouse scanning equipment and inventory systems (experience with LISA WMS preferred)
• Willingness to admit and correct mistakes in a constructive manner
• Forklift certification preferred but not required (contract employees typically do not operate forklifts)
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Willingness to participate in a working interview with the supervisor

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
