The Warehouse Specialist 1 is a new hire to a one-year position that supports a specific function within warehouse operations. Working under the guidance of a manager and/or supervisor, Specialist 1 will master one to five of the functional skills required within a specific department. Specialist 1 will maintain safety and organizational standards as well as support any of the shared services functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and inspect customer returns, identifying both product and order numbers.
- Communicate via email about what is being returned and the state of the items that are being returned.
- Operate a forklift to store products, count inventory or pull product for sales orders.
- Identify the required parts and complete basic repairs to damaged products.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, storage areas, and premises as directed.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.
- Any additional tasks assigned by management.

- Previous labor experience with preference to warehouse experience.
