• Receive, sort, and “rag” donated items for quality and presentation
• Transfer prepared merchandise to retail stores efficiently
• Keep work areas organized to support steady warehouse flow

You’ll start onsite by checking in with your supervisor, then settle into a steady rhythm alongside teammates as donations move through the warehouse. You’ll rotate between stations, keep pace as priorities shift, and take quick moments to reset your area so the next batch can move smoothly. Throughout the day, you’ll see tangible progress—pallets staged, items ready for store delivery, and the satisfaction of knowing each prepared donation helps contribute to our mission.
