Part Time Seasonal Warehouse Equipment Operator

Position

Warehouse Equipment Operator – Part Time Seasonal 1st Shift.

Hours:

$18 / hour.

• Demonstrate proficiency and effectiveness in functions of PEO – Level I, including inventory movements, cycle counts, daily equipment inspections, and asset storage.
• Consistently meet minimum required production, accuracy, and quality standards for all work performed.
• Follow all safety policies, processes, and procedures. Ensure work area is neat, clean, safe, and organized per operational standards.
• Work on temporary projects associated with other position descriptions as part of individual and team development.
• Dependable and punctual in fulfilling obligations.
• Plan and prioritize work to manage time effectively.
• Record details of all work tasks performed accurately and completely.
• Use tools and technology appropriately to complete work functions according to standard process and procedures.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with all co‑workers and customers.
• Maintain compliance with drug and alcohol‑free policy.

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
• Must be trained and licensed to operate power equipment.
• For non‑internal promotions, candidate must have a minimum 1 year power equipment operation experience.
• Requires satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.
• Ability to demonstrate basic product scanner proficiency with minimal errors.
• Strong team player with ability to get along with co‑workers.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to read documents in English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Lift boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs occasionally on a daily basis.
• Stand, reach above and below the shoulders, squat, bend, and kneel as necessary.
• Tolerate work in a non‑air‑conditioned environment.
• Successfully complete training required and become certified to operate the powered industrial equipment.
• Pass initial and random drug screens.
• Correctly wear any personal protective equipment (PPE) necessary.
