Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Pay: $12–$14 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Window World, America's leading replacement window company, is looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Baton Rouge headquarters.

In this role, you'll help keep our warehouse running efficiently by receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing customer orders, and loading materials for delivery. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in staying organized, and values working as part of a team.

• Receive, unload, inspect, label, and store incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Report inventory discrepancies or damaged materials to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Assist with warehouse maintenance and general housekeeping.
• Help train new warehouse team members as needed.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification is preferred (or willingness to become certified).
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50–90 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including heat and cold.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic computer and inventory management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Full-time, hourly position ($12–$14 per hour)
