Overview
Goodwill Industries of Central Michigan's Heartland, Inc.
Executive Assistant, CEO (Project Management)
Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, follow-up tracking, and priority management.
- Coordinate social media activities, content calendars, and basic engagement reporting.
- Plan and support agency events, including logistics, vendors, materials, and on-site execution.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Microsoft Copilot, and other AI-enabled tools to support communications, reporting, and executive workflows.
- Provide general operational support, including office coordination, vendor management, and occasional HRIS or HR support during peak periods.
- Support events with occasional regional travel and off-site meetings (approximately 10%).
