Customer Service Representative

This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Customer Service Representative at our Battle Creek, MI location. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently. Key responsibilities include responding to customer communication promptly, managing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining strong client relationships. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure a seamless customer experience while upholding EPI's high service standards.

• Experience in customer service, customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Skills in enhancing customer experience and providing excellent support for client needs
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Previous customer service or account management experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
