Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 hourly, starting at $17.00/hour with potential increase after 90‑day review.

Schedule:

Main shifts weekdays 1:30pm–9:30pm, occasional weekend days.

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls and respond quickly and professionally.
• Multitask by monitoring and responding to emails throughout your shift.
• Field calls from drivers in the field and help solve problems in real time.
• Manage and coordinate drivers’ trips for the day, keeping everything on schedule.
• Pre‑assign drivers’ upcoming shifts to keep the next day running smoothly.

• Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Comfortable staying calm and organized under pressure.
• Available to work main shifts on weekends, with flexibility for occasional weekday shifts.
• Prior dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience is a plus.
